Personally, there are many things I do admire about Frank and his coaching philosophies. I can also see why his former players would have such positive things to say about him. I know it's been debated ad nauseam here, but, from what I've seen of his work between here and New Jersey, there's just too much about his decision making (personel management and the like) and his teams' performance that I can't get past.
