Uh, I'm not convinced Stuckey is THAT MUCH worse than Afflalo. Afflalo's defense has dropped the last couple of years, and despite Afflalo having better numbers on the surface, they're both having similarly down years. Afflalo plays about 9 minutes more per game than Stuckey does, so their PERs are almost identical. Slow your roll with all the Afflalo love, what the Pistons really need is an athletic wing, like a Thabo Sefalosha-type

I assume it would take more than Stuckey to get it done. But that would be a realistic start. Stuckey + a second rounder for Afflalo seems about fair.

I was going for something that would never actually be discussed but seems somewhat plausible if it were. There is no clear team that comes out way ahead or behind. It's easy to set up a fake trade that brings in LeBron or Durant or CP3 for a pile of crap.

Probably not yet, the crop of big men in the league right now is solid. There are other athletic bigs in his mold (ala. Mcgee, Jordan) as well as others who's skill sets are much further along right not (ala. B.Lopez and Cousins). The kid is good but give him some time before we put these monikers and the weight of the world on his back.

Tayshaun is an asshole. He seems to be very full of himself. He seems to cop attitudes towards younger players on the roster. That being said hes a decent player, better than anything else we have at the 3. He needs to learn how to quietly get old and accept a lesser role in the offense.

Funny story about Prince. I used to work at Chipotle, and he would come in from time to time. Once he was asked by a young boy for an autograph. He was kind enough in saying he was too busy at the time(even though he was waiting in line). A couple minutes later another kid walked up to him and asked for a picture. His response, "I don't have time for all this" as he walked out of the restaurant.

Point of the story: the guy is a dick.

he has been working on his FT's. It doesn't happen overnight. A couple days ago he went 6-8 when being intentionally fouled. I'm not saying he is a 6-8 guy at this point, but he is making improvements. Who knows, maybe someday he will be able to add that 12 footer into his arsenal once his shooting improves...

Yeah!! Only NINE games under .500. Trade everyone. except Dre. The rockets need a PF, wolves need a SF. Lakers need a new team. Everyone call Gores and tell him to fire Joe D if no trade goes down. Pathetic....

The talk of the true/real pg or help at the point stems from the fact we want Knight to show those qualities and stop with the high turnover games. His lack in that area shows up repeatedly, I dont think that can be denied. However, since Bynum has picked up his play with Drummond we can allow Knight to work through the problems he has and still be competitive in the games. The difference now is we arent getting blown out and we are able to overcome when he has high turnover games. That was not happening earlier in the year and the games were out of reach from a competitive standpoint. I was clamoring for help at the PG but if Bynum keeps this up, I think we can ride out the season and ride out Knight and his turnover problem. I think he will get that under control with another off season but I still want to see competitive games this year. We may not win but Id much rather see close competitive basketball than turnover fests.
