Kings moving to Seattle helps Will Bynum

Vincent Goodwill of The Detroit News before the Pistons played in Chicago on Wednesday:

Nate Rob to Bynum in tunnel: "These tickets are a hot commodity. What you got for me?" Bynum: "Seattle, next yr? C’mon now." Tix exchange

I don’t know why, but I absolutely love visualizing that scene. And if you don’t get it, Will Bynum is a Chicago native, and Nate Robinson is from Seattle.

Bynum is saying he’ll sign with the new Seattle Supersonics, and trade tickets for his Seattle games to Nate Robinson for his Chicago tickets.

Or that he’ll trade his tickets for the DET@SEA game next year for some random Chicago game tickets.

I’m assuming in both cases the idea is to pass said tickets on to friends/family.

And/Or just that he’ll give Nate some Seattle tickets at a later date.

Yeah, I figured as much. But what was the purpose of this story?
