agreed, with his skill set if he is able to hit 2-3 jumpers a night, that is 2-3 less turnovers and more production. That’s what gets you to the All-Star game and gets you a max contract.

I agree with Curry and Faried. Faried plays so assertive and intense that it gives the whole team more energy (a less refined Rodman?). Curry apparently is a near-superstar when he’s healthy.

Hey Dan, looking at the cleveland/grizz trade today. They said that the grizz traded a protected 1st rd pick to cleveland, after they have already traded a protected pick to the Rockets(battier trade). So they have two protected 1st picks traded and wont know when the picks are conveyed until the season ends and records show. In a article a week or so ago, you said that the Pistons could not include a 1st rd pick in a trade because they traded a protected pick to the Bobcats. Can you clarify this because it seems the grizz just did what you said the Pistons could not do. Thanks!

Monroe was 7th last year.
Interesting to see the people that have jumped ahead of him – s. curry, harden, kyrie, ibaka, b. lopez, faried, holiday. I dont agree w/ faried, holiday, lopez, curry ahead of him. Im sure Drummond will be top 5 in Ceiling and no.1 on the next 10.

Cleveland is last in the league in AST/TO and they have on e of the league’s best PGs. Yeah, he missed some time. But he has played in three quarters of their games. So he has typically been available.

some nights he shows up on the offensive side, but then the next night he can just as easily be invisible.. Yeah hes getting double-doubles lately, but he barely gets in double digits in the scoring colum much of the time..He can easily be out-muscled on either end of the floor because of lack of athletic ability..but “a difference maker” on defense? I must be missing something and I highly doubt Thorpe is watching many Pistons games.

Moose needs to improve on outside shot and post moves (ala Tim Duncan). Footwork is the key for Monroe to have this improved next year. All these while keeping his passing skills.

Can’t wait to have AnD1 and Monroe both on this list.
