I’m also confused why Andre is only getting 18 minutes a game. When he enters a game he’s a difference maker. Whats more confusing is he’s open underneath the basket and I mean a lot and they don’t pass him the ball.
I would start him and have Max come off the bench he’s a energy player. If the draft were done all over again he would be a top 3 pick. One more thing in last nights game he had 8 points, 9 rebounds 7 of them on the offensive boards and 3 block shots in 18 minutes go figure,
I could understand if he was under performing but he’s not. he’s been fun to watch and has given us hope for the future.

Honestly, if Frank weren’t so slavish to rotations, he could probably find significant minutes for both CV AND Jerebko.

I think they are afraid of the shift hurting Moose’s play, which seems insane when he’s playing poorly anyway.

It’s also odd since it’s becoming blindingly obvious that Drummond is the center of the future for the team. Monroe might as well start learning to play PF.

It’s also odd, come to think of it, that I keep reading in Langlois articles that PF and C are almost identical in Frank’s system, and then in a different article I read about this “big adjustment” for Monroe to shift.

Well yes. But once again, it’s not wrong in that Monroe is being snubbed. There are at least 30 players in the East who should be higher than those guys. It is wrong in that they are getting way too many votes.

It’s like me saying that I got an unfair lot in life because I am looking at some undeserving ass who just inherited more than he could ever hope to spend. On the whole, I’ve got it pretty good. There are just others with absurd amounts of good fortune.

Don’t know why wed haven’t seen Monroe and Drummond playing together. I believe Drummond should be the starting center and Monroe should be the pf. It’s pretty clear he’s physically overmatched at center most nights. I think NOW is the time to make the move. Monroe needs this argueably more than the Pistons fans need to see Drummond starting. Stuckey seems to be looking for Dre when penetrating which is encouraging.
