It’s very .. extremely easy to add FB comments to sites. Tons of sites are doing it. Of course, there’s that problem where you won’t really be anonymous, and your comments can possibly come up whenever your name is searched on Google. The plus side is, yes, you can receive updates on FB or your mobile device when someone else makes a comment.

I believe the next two steps Dan is working on with Graham Simmington, the tech person for the site, are a better commenting system as well as a better mobile presence. Not sure on the time frame, but I know upgrades are in the works.

I was wondering if it wold be possible for the comments section on this site to give the option of e-mailing updates (or having some sort of a notification on the home page–but I suppose that would require a login) when someone responds to your comment as many sites’ comments do (such as those powered by Disqus or similar). I enjoy having a back and forth with other commenters here. But I don’t always feel like digging through posts that I commented on a day ago or whatever to see if anyone responded to what I said.
