Listen man pay attention. I am talking about Detroit drafting Drummond then turning around drafting the guy from Norfolk State in the 2nd Rd. that we all wanted would have been redundant, hence why Dumar's signed Krastonov. Get a clue before you try and tell jokey jokes. Trying to insult me by assuming that I think Monroe and Drummond are similar, when I never said that. Que NFL Live " Cmon Man"! Read the paragraphs above before entering the forray.

Okay if he picks up quick fouls say 2 in the first q we have MAX, Krastov, JJ and even CV and AD to play PF and Max Krastov and Moose who can play center. For god sakes stop being a wussy and free the DRE!!1

Yes you r CV. And Monroe and Drummond are not similar players. If you think that u have no business talking basketball. The best way for them to learn is play of each other since their strengths compliment each other and cover up each others weaknesess so well. As for being a video game GM you have no business saying that after advocating CV be given a starting shot even though he plays no defense, can not score, fouls and has a bad attitude. So who is the V game GM now buoyah!!!

From what I've seen of Drummond so far, he's exactly what we need. The past several years, we have had zero athleticism from our BIGs. And wasnt that also the reason for Monroe to shed some weight to move to PF. If we start Max, we are back in the same boat. I like Maxiell but he's a backup at best. My only issue as some have already pointed out is foul trouble for Drummond however how will our young players learn if not givin the opportunity.

Atleast back in the glory days, we had the excuse of being extremely deep. But now, we need to play the young guns so that we can reap the benefits in the future. Aaflalo and Amir comes to mind as young guys that didnt get the proper PT due to veterans and then go to another team to be major contributors. Seriously, Max, Prince, and CV should not be on the roster, period.

Give you a thumbs up for the day for being a "grammar nazi". How pleasantly thoughtful of you. Didn't say you had to read it, but obviously you did. Instead of debating you chose the tired old internet game of trying to play teacher. Get a grip man. I always find it funny when people point out insiginificant $hit, conveniently ignoring the argument. Oh well.... Didn't read the rules that arbitraly bind me to convenience you. It's a comment section. Get over yourself.

Fact remains I was out and about doing something. Read what I read and just typed. Again sorry for inconveniencing you. /sar

Obviously you missed the point.... he's a servicebale big man. It's like everyone wants players on the team that are great and that is just not possible.A coach sould be able to go to his bench and depending on the match up, plug in whichever big man fits the profile. Everyone wants Drummond and the other big man to start. Im ok with that to a degree, only if they are learning, but to have a team with two younger players playing the same spot and giving the same thing is a bit redundant. Hence why we did'nt take the big man who went to Orlando everyone was craving. I'd take him over Krastonov, but Joe is giving Drummond a punchers chance to beat this guy.

As far as Charlie V goes, i'm not Charlie V but I take umbridge wuith video game GM's, who seem to have the blueprint but are on Pistons Powered just like me. Go figure. I just believe in continuity that is all. Keep changing parts and never allow the team to gel.

That would be pretty cool, that's the best starting frontcourt in the league right now and I'm fantasizing Moose and Drummond could take their throne in a few years... they're kinda similar too, in that Pau is a skilled big who can create out of the high post and Howard is an athletic beast. I see that as a sort of model for Moose and Drummond (of course, we haven't actually seen the model work yet with Howard, but it worked pretty well with Bynum in the low post and Gasol in the high post).
