How is Joe stupid and he doesn’t sign the checks, Gores does? I know you dont like him, but that’s just plain stupid of you say when he is the Gm not the owner. Jus saying…… Take it up with Gores.

If CV is cut, he doesn’t come off the books next summer. So the Pistons have to sit on him for a year to amnesty him next summer. He should have been amnestied this past summer but Dumars blew it… again. I don’t think Joe is stupid. He just doesn’t seem to have any plan whatsoever. He just goes around looking for and waiting for chances to get incrementally better here and there. That doesn’t cut it.

Daye and Charlie V. should have been right behind them. we r going to wait to long for both of them to “heat up” and then playoffs r out of the picture. trash daye first. we could easily get a ok trade for him. young and can shoot the ball kinda. and with Charlie V. just release him. and make room for big ben. havent heard much about him sence the start of training camp. he could help with Drummond and Slava, both need help on both ends. and the fans would be happy about it. and if im the pistons who dont even get the place half full in the reg. season. pick the guy up everyone yells for when he checks in.

The Pistons won’t be in the early lottery barring major luck in Secaucus. They had the 7th pick two years ago, 8th pick last year, and 9th pick this summer. And they look like they have improved some more. Making the playoffs will be really tough. But they are likely to finish in the 12th pick range.

Daye should really make the most of his season tickets package. He gets better than the best seats. He gets to travel with the team. He has access to the locker room. He can get autographs and pictures with a ton of players. He can build up his memorabilia collection as he goes through his NBA farewell tour.

Hopefully (I say this loosely because I really don’t care) he can find his niche with an international team…or transition into player development at Gonzaga.

I personally believe it’s a wrap for him and his NBA career after this season.
