In addition, each article and tweet that mentions Arnie Kander's experience, confirms my belief that Kander is Detroit's most valuable staff member. Even more valuable than Frank & Dumars. Maggette, Drummond, Middleton, and English have all expressed their joy in having Kander around. I still recall McDyess' recovery under Kander and Grant Hill willing to personally pay Kander to work for the Orlando Magic. I'm sure there are more stories I'm missing.
