Notes

1. Gordon will play, Stuckey won’t, per David Mayo:

Rodney Stuckey (hamstring) remains out, but said last weekend that he anticipates returning for Thursday’s game against Washington.

That means Austin Daye should get good minutes once again, although I’d be surprised if Gordon doesn’t get the start. Daye’s workload has increased a lot over the last three games with Gordon and Stuckey out. His shooting though? Not so much … he’s just 9-for-24 overall and 2-for-6 from three in that stretch.

2. Dwight Howard and Ryan Anderson are questionable, per the Orlando Sentinel:

Ryan Anderson and Dwight Howard made the trip to Michigan on Monday, an Orlando Magic spokesman said. But it’s unclear if the injured players will play when the team faces the Detroit Pistons tonight.

Howard was out with back spasms in Orlando’s previous game, but I’d be surprised if he doesn’t suit up tonight. The Magic have lost three straight and he’s capable of destroying Detroit’s frontcourt. It would be a nice boost for the Pistons, though, if they could avoid both Howard and Anderson tonight.

I certainly hope Dwight and Ryan aren’t out. That would make the ideal scenario (Pistons play a very good game but lose anyway) almost impossible.

I was just looking at the best RFA CentersĀ for this off-season and it made me think.. I fthe Pistons keep winning and have to draft in the late lottery why not make a run at Roy Hibbert if we get rid of Ben Gordon I mean he is the BEST RFA Center for this off-season and if we can’t draft our center of the future or our PF of the future why not make a run at Hibbert has bee one of the best centers the past 2 years…..

You can just see Joe licking his lips at the game Big Baby had tonight. We all know Joe has wanted him for a few years now and then the guy pulls off his career high against us tonight. Big Baby obviously doesn’t fit the direction our team is going but i am sure Joe wouldn’t of lost any love for him.
