I  wish he was not yelling so ofen that "And One!" after every basket but I can live with it. Referees are not going to take him seriously by doing that, he better stop it. But anyway, he has a great reference point in Wallace. Hopefully he takes advantage of the remaining games and learns as much as possible from Wallace, a deffensive beast in the past but still  having a lot to show to youngsters in the present. Let´s add "improve defense" to Monroe´s to-do list for this season...Monroe has already already his quick hands (much more during last season) and that´s something you won´t learn easily. He´s not an outstanding athlete, but he doesn´t need that to become an all-star. Several times he´s so slow in switches and seems to get lost when he has to help his mates.
