He has no confidence and his D is pretty awful. But it's Frank's responsibility to build Daye's confidence and performance over the course of the season. The guy has too much potential to simply leave him out on an island to figure things out for himself. He needs the dedication of the assistance coaches and a plan to develop his mental toughness.
