Now that he hasnt made the playoff in 2 years, he's re-thinking his gameplan. Considering he likely wasnt allowed to hire  anyone to do it during Karens ownership anyways, I dont know what you were really expecting. In my opinion, any GM who is not using advanced stats for personnel decisions should be fired on the spot unless they're consistently making the playoffs past the first round. When would you ever not want to have more information to base decision making off?
