(i'd sooner have given john kuester a second chance than dumars. which is to say i'd have given a second chance to neither.) in other words: leave rip alone. you don't screw over your franchise to get a scapegoat out of town just because he got more fed up than everyone else with an untenable situation he had virtually nothing to do with creating.   <strong>the bad: </strong>if job security is graded on a curve, taking into account competency and ability to perform, john kuester had more job security than a supreme court justice. he should have been fired 82 times last season. the good: it HAS to be a clean slate. if joe gets another chance, everyone else deserves one too.
