Front office's traditionally do not operate very well when there are multiple voices at the top, particularly if they start conflicting. I hope it is just short term, and that Gores is just looking to educate himself through an outside observer who knows the show. It also puts Joe on notice that he better not make any more mistakes, particularly with his coaching hires. this is not good.
