In the meantime, all a coach needs to do is help the young guys develop and try to improve players&#039; trade values. To that end, I would shy away from a coach who favors a slow paced game. As for the players&#039; respect for the coach, I don&#039;t think there is anyone available who they will have a ton of respect for from day one (maybe Adelman, that&#039;s it, and he&#039;s probably not available to the Pistons). Anyone the Pistons hire will have to earn it. So if Frank is good about communicating with players and defining roles, that&#039;s good enough for me.</description>
