The sales staff does need to be reworked. 4 years ago, the structure/staffing was much better as far as season ticket holders go. I had a rep who knew me and kept in contact throughout the season. After Mr. D died, he left the organization and since then I’ve had a rep who contacts me rarely. Only when I objected to renewing until the ownership was settled did I get frequent contact.

I’m only spending $4K so no, I don’t expect the attention someone who spends more gets. But SOME other than when you’re trying to get my money would be nice.

Even if it is Casspi for Hickson the value that Casspi has far exceeds anything the Pistons could have given.

It was my understanding that Sac only gives up that first rounder if they make the playoffs. otherwise the deal is just Casspi for Hickson. Is that correct?

If the season is cancelled, Rip’s contract becomes an asset instead of a liability.

Therefore, all Joe’s efforts and conversations ought to go into finding a trade pardner for Ben Gordon once the lockout is over and a new CBA is in place.

Hey i was just wondering how everyone thinks the lockout will effect how we treat Rip especially with the last year of his deal not fully guaranteed. Depending on how long the lockout goes for sure his deal will be viewed as just as good as an expiring. Thoughts?

Yeah, but they gave up a lot. Casspi is a pretty good and cheap young player and Sac is also giving up a 2012 first rounder. It’s protected, but still. I like Hickson, but that’s a steep price for him.
