Nice Pic. day shows excwllwnt stabilty and control. he must have a strong back. Too bad he did not show that strength in the regular season.

I don’t know what he’s doing in this pic, but it sure isn’t planking. You can’t plank with a stiff neck! It defeats the purpose!! SMH
