I agree with Jay. Kue has an effective scheme as DF indicated and was a reason he was sought after from Cleveland. I believe he was overwhelmed with handling personalities and coaching, which would indicate that he will find another assistant position when he is dismissed.
I like Adelman. I can see Greg Monroe filling that high post that C-Webb did at Sacramento

Excellent post. Kuester is the classic case of the difference between the first and second chair on the bench. He worked directly under lb but he didn't get it because he doesn't have "it". He apparently is a good student of the game, but he was unable to fully articulate that knowledge. But by midseason, it was apparent he was completely in over his head and it turned into a gas on the fire situation. WE need a coach that can command respect because he is a winner and can relate to his players. My choice is Bill Laimbeer.

I love the writing here. But is there any way to change the colours a little, or put a white background behind the text? It's such an eye strain, and it means I have to select all the text and put it in a Word document to read it.

Surely this can't just be me? (If it is, don't worry!)
