If you look at the all defense team it has been relegated to players that can: -block a shot, which I would venture to guess is more help side blocks than straight up -steal a pass, which is more of the variety of knocking the ball away from behind as the offensive player passes the defender (i.e. Rondo) You can no longer body up  or work for position because you will get whistled.
