Shouldn't he know retaliation is not the way to go. It seems like he's trying to be more untradeable every day by doing boneheaded stuff all the time. I can live with him tweeting at half time, chucking up stupid shots and missing defensive assignments. I got used to that and since he's going nowhere right now we might as well have a good laugh. This one hurts the organization though and with all the actions in the locker room afterwards, I wouldn't be surprised if he missed 5 games or so. Saying "I'm gonna kill this dude!" is just bad, and even though it was said in a heated moment this is exactly the type of thing Stern doesn't tolerate!
