I have got that 34 rebound game on my computer. Dennis was like a vacuum sucking up rebounds. As the game wore on he just got better and better at being where he had to or needed to be to get them. Fans had number cutouts for every rebound he got but ran out once he hit 30. I am guessing even they didn't think he would get that many. Chairman of the boards he was and always will be. An interesting comment i think Vinnie Johnson made was that Dennis actually did have an offensive game but never really used it because it was never needed. I think its sad that people only asses a player because of his offense. I remember watching the the Bulls play the Sonics in the finals and Dennis was struggling at the free throw line and think he had missed like 4 or 5 in a row. Then commentator says something like Isiah Thomas said Dennis always makes them when there in the clutch. Dennis then calmly hits something like 4 of 4 in the final minutes of the game to seal it. Bad as i wanna be (luv it).
