		<description>with the way rip has been playing when given consistent starter minutes, you would think you&#039;ll be able to get something more for him than losing a 1st round. so hopefully this trade don&#039;t go down, it would be a total waste if you&#039;re giving him minutes just to trade him and give up a 1st rounder. i rather just keep him than giving up a 1st to get rid of him</description>

		<description>I wasnt a &quot;Low Percentage Buyout&quot; either. It was a favorable one. T. Foster of D. News also confirmed he was hearing the final offer was 18 million. Leaving only 6 million on the table for Hamilton to have to earn back over the next two seasons. (He would have earned more) Getting the 18 up front guaranteed is huge. He stands to lose A LOT of money if there is a lockout. And he would have played for a contender in Bulls. It was a very bad, confusing move my Hamilton.</description>
