I wish I had gotten to hear more but he seemed passionate and knowledgeable. I think it would really be beneficial if he were hired by the Pistons in this capacity.   Personally I believe it's more difficult to get a healthy diet as a vegan than a meat-eater (I'm a vegetarian), but eating actual food, as opposed to food products, is the way to go if you want to live a healthy life. Of course, most people, vegan, vegetarian or meat-eater, don't eat real food very often. If Salley were to help some of the Pistons improve their diet, meat and dairy or otherwise, I think it would be a clear benefit. At least Rodney Stuckey and Austin Daye should be open to it, right?
