I like to believe that a healthy Jerebko all season would have made us a tremendously better defensive squad, but still far from the good ol days..   I'd like to see an upcoming "Draft dreams" focus on a defensive minded prospect, because clearly that's the Pistons biggest need. Even the Spurs are more offensive-minded now. That doesn't mean we need to be near the bottom of the league. I am sure the idea was, and perhaps still is, that we could teach defense to offensively-skilled players. But you absolutely need those kinds of players in today's NBA. It’s the rule changes.
