Nike, via Swedish rapper Adam Tensta, brings us an inside look at Jonas Jerebko’s path from Sweden to the NBA

Jonas Jerebko mentioned Wednesday he plans to spend All-Star Weekend in Sweden for a Nike promotion, and I bet it has something to do with this. In a series of videos hosted by Swedish rapper Adam Tensta, we get an awesome look at Jerebko’s journey from Kinna to Detroit (hat tip: Justin Rogers of MLive.com).

Here are the first two:

I interviewed Tensta a few years ago for another publication I used to write for.  Dude is a pretty awesome human being, very humble and inspired.  I was thrilled to see him host this, having mentioned him in discussions of Jonas last season about Swedish culture.  I mentioned all of this on DBB a few days ago, but glad to see it pubbed here as well so I had to share.
