@Fennis
I read a funny comment about Kuester the other day. It went something like: 'watching Kuester coach is like masturbating with a cheese grater…slightly amusing but mostly painful' :-)
I couldn't stop laughing when i read it, even if there isn't anything amusing with the way Q coaches. I sent it to one of my friends that said it was movie quote. Pretty funny stuff.

Daye played ok in the second half - he missed 3 shots but rebounded, played good defense, had a couple of assists and a block.

What a show by Derrick Rose though in that second half. Why the Pistons didn't go to a trap earlier, i don't know. but when you are turning the ball over no adjustment can help.

@Fennis

Exactly. Q is the worst game coach in the league.

You spoke too soon about Daye. You need to ease of him a little and let him come along slowly. He is still a kid…no rush!

WHY does Kuester insist on squandering the lead in third quarters!!!!!!!!! Substitute, call a timeout to stop a run. He waits until a 12 point lead falls to three and then the light bulb goes off. Maddening.

The Pistons need to play McGrady with Stuckey. It can't happen since they have BG and Rip at the two, but Stuckey could take advantage of McGrady's playmaking so much more than the other two. If Rip does in fact get traded a Stuckey/TMac backcourt will be very productive. They can switch between the one and the two, push the ball, slow it down. That would be intriguing.

Austin Daye putting on a first half show. What was that comment about consistency? How about all the kid needed was minutes and Q was stupid to take him out of the rotation when he did.

@laser

if i was NJ and Denver backed out of this i would move on.

Owch…listening to a radio feed of this game and the commentators just compared Austin Daye to Brad Sellers (WTF). Ok yeah they are both 7 footers that can shoot but come on.

Yeah i agree. It sucks but you can't fault there front office when you look at it from there end. Too bad for them though if Melo says if this doesn't happen right now then i will refuse to sign anywhere until next season so the Nuggets get absolutely no compensation for him whatsoever. I mean if he wants to just bide his time this year he can do that just to force there hand. By refusing to do a sign and trade he can make things very uncomfortable for them. I don't mind wait till the deadline for this deal to go down as long as it includes us. It's not like we haven't waited long for a Hamilton trade before.
