I thought the Pistons besides the now normal 3rd quarter collapse were good. They moved the ball and played good defense. The Memphis team just made some tough contested jumpers with Gay in particular being very impressive. I though the Grizz offensive rebounding was also a factor with Randolph getting alot of second effort rebounds along with Gasol making alot of tap out on the offensive glass which resulted new possessions.

If the Pistons can replicate this kind of effort against the Raptors and the Kings they should win both games.

OMG! This 3rd quarter thing is ridiculous, but I have to point a finger at the coaches. We look out of sorts and unprepared. This is unacceptable. Red Hot Chili Peppers in the 3rd: “giveitaway, giveitaway, giveitaway now!”

Its funny how Memphis played in front of a crowd of a 1000 last game due to the weather. I am guessing tonight at the Palace it might not be as small but at least they can blame weather.
