Will Bynum is a similar player to Rodney Stuckey - quicker, a little craftier, much smaller - but both of them are at their best attacking the basket off the dribble. Both of them are scorers pretending to be point guards. Neither player thinks a floor game beyond their own matchup. When Will Bynum is playing well nobody else touches the ball. He dibbles out the clock and then takes off to the basket. When Will bynum and the team are playing poorly nobody elee touches the ball. Bynum dribbles out the clock, waits for the high screen, takes off for the basket and turns the ball over or gets it blocked.

well, it could hardly matter less which of our overpaid shooters backs up stuckey. ben gordon, rip hamilton... either one can shoot 4 for 10 for 10 points. one spreads the floor a little better, one's got the length to be a better defender. but one of them boys has got to go. or both. god would that be nice. villa can go, too, as far as i'm concerned. whatever it takes to add a point guard and a decent big man.

hard to imagine rip entering the rotation now, isn't it? i mean, the team's suddenly good. the only way it would make a shred of sense is if we benched a different shooting guard, and i don't really see the benefit in that.
