ok feldman, i gotta challenge you on this one: what's "Pistons’ opponents making 78.7 percent of their free throws" doing on there? it says nothing about the team's performance thus far.

it comes off like an excuse. like you're pointing to something that should turn more to our favor over the season. which is a pretty sad bit of "hope" to cling to, especially since it's not some wildly inflated FT%. it's high, yeah, but it's not like they're hitting FTs at a 90% clip.

Hamilton actually turned the ball over more per game last year. I'm not convinced that number is coming down, unless Hamilton just plays less.

Tay will continue to average low assists and Rip will continue to turn the ball over. Tay has become the go to low post scorer working off those side iso's. He is not looking to pass unless the double comes. Rip is being forced by the pace Stuckey is playing at and by the fact that with Daye on the court Rip was not getting all of his customary screens and has been forced to create off the dribble. He tends to turn the ball over more when he plays that style instead of the curl and shoot. Ben looks like he has total psychological lockup when he shoots free throws so he may set a new low this year but 29% ?
