Pratik, those are the three names who've been reported as plausibilities. Jermaine O'Neal and Udonis Haslem could also be possibilities.

I'm not sure Bynum can handle defending starting point guards. He doesn't have the size/lateral quickness to hold his own nightly. Plus, Bynum usually looks to score first, too, so I'm not sure how much he could set up Stuckey.

Dumars has indicated he's not ready to leave the small forward spot to just Jerebko, Daye and Summers. Maybe the Summer League will change that.

I don't think Bosh has any interest in Detroit, and I don't think those sign-and-trades idea would appeal to Toronto. Boozer is a possibility, but he's a contract-year player. I wouldn't want him with a large and lengthy contract.

Many free agents are waiting to decide until LeBron/Wade/Bosh do. It's tough to sign someone if all the players want to wait. There are no games for months. It doesn't matter if Dumars signs someone today or in four weeks.

Hey Dan what's the scope for the pistons to act in mle, sign/trade this year? I know you mentioned Brendan Haywood, Matt Barnes, and Raymond Felton, but I don't see that making us better. These are the changes that I would do to make us better:
1. Will Bynum should be moved into PG (sub: T. White) Bynum deserves PG and has worked extremely hard, I know Stuckey can play PG but he's scorer, and is being wasted counting on him to make assists and lead the team, when Bynum is fully capable in doing so.
2. Rodney Stuckey (sub being ben gordon)
3. Jonas- he impressed me very much last year and I think he can take over tay's role, as we shud use tay to sign a big. (sub Daye, Summers)
4. Can we get Bosh? Boozer? and give raptors tay/rip or Utah? (sub; Charlie)
5. Monroe (sub Ben W./ Jason Max)
I believe we need to be more active in the free agent market, joe hinted at this but I haven't heard anything as of yet. I know we don't have money because we rushed to use it last year...but what do you think? and also about bynum to starting PG, and stuckey to SG, and jonas?
