Pistons need to hit a home run here…I say go with Whiteside and the upside over guys like Aldrich or Ed Davis. Of course I’m not the guy whose job is on the line if the Pistons have many more losing seasons
i chose bradley. unconventional, but i just gotta go talent over need. i don’t like that aldrich is unathletic, i don’t like udoh is 23, i don’t like whiteside is immature, i don’t like davis has short arms, i don’t like aminu’s tweener game, and i don’t like henry’s lateral slowness. i like that bradley was arguably the top player in the nation out of high school. i like he played in a supressed system, so he might have hidden value like collison, westbrook, holliday, and rondo. i like his defense and quickness. and his shot isn’t too bad either. whats not to like about him?
Nuetes, I like Bradley OK, but to me, No. 7 is way too high for him. I’d want to know why his freshman season was so underwhelming, and I haven’t found a good reason. So, I’m left thinking maybe he’s just not as good as everyone thought.

Why do you think the Pistons need a home run? If the pick doesn’t work out, they’ll have another chance to make a high pick next year.
