Shawn, the chart lists the height as a decimal in feet, not feet.inches. So, he actually measured at 6-foot-10.25.

The chart has Artisom Parahouski listed at 6’8″….the guy is a 7footer. Wouldn’t mind the Pistons picking him up in the second round, especially if we acquire a later 2nd round pick.

I think the odds of Aldrich and Monroe being off the board is pretty low. That means two of Wall, Turner, Cousins, Favors, Johnson and Aminu are still available. I think Detroit would take one of them.

I think it comes down to Aldrich or Monroe, with Whiteside as a risky third option if both of those players are off the board at 7. Measurements are nice but Aldrich is way tougher and harder working than any other guy his size, while Monroe’s skill set and upside put him on another level. Udoh has almost no offense and can’t play the 5.

Pistons should go for udoh, got a good feeling this guy could be a tough defensive minded player and rebounder and score enough to keep defenders honest. He’s ready to play now at the NBA level.
