there’s “nothing wrong” with stuckey?? people who don’t understand basketball don’t understand why we should trade stuckey. he is a shooting guard whom we INSIST on playing at the point, a position where he is woefully inadequate. it’s not an accident the offense is in such shambles when the guy with the ball in his hands doesn’t make good decisions or make his teammates better. in 25 minutes he couldn’t manage a single assist versus the spurs. i’d love to keep him on as a shooting guard, but we already have two of those who aren’t going anywhere. but the main reason to trade him is because he has value; he could get us a nice young big man in return.

No why would you trade Stuckey he has been one of the most reliable guy on the team this whole season there’s no problem with Stuckey. The fact is we do need a backup center and Kwame could help with that problem. Stuckey has done a good job playing either guard position but I think maybe we need a change in offense since it seems to be predicated on getting Rip the ball, by far Stuckey and Gordon are actually our best guards now and should get more touches and shoots. Not Rip shoot the ball throwing up more then 20 shoots a night, I bet if they put the ball more in Stuckey’s hands instead of making him pass it off to give to Rip Stuckey can create more opportuneties for everyone with his dribbling.

I think the pistons need to find a point gaurd stuckey would better used as a 2 gaurd. Will bynum is a true point and can score. So trade Stuckey for a true center.
