I don’t agree that we are definitely better than last year. Bottom line is, and I am a Pistons fan through and through, we got EVERY call while I was watching for some reason. When D.Howard plays 16 min and you don’t have Rashard and you edge them by a few points, doesnt equate to better to me. We MIGHT be better, but its far too early to tell. A bad loss at Toronto when we really werent that close after the 2nd period didnt help. I have hope, but not for this season. Happy to see Ben playing well though.

It’s nice to see someone else have a little bit of optimism towards the Pistons. By no means are we title contenders, but we have some really good young players. I think that Ben Gordon was a great pickup and will continue to be on the roll that he is on now.
What are your thoughts on dealing RIP for a post player? I feel like the combination of Stuckey, Gordon, and Bynum (like last night) can be a devastating attack. What we need, and haven’t had for a long time, is someone who wants the ball in the post and can score in the post.
