I would be willing to bet that they will deal Rip and Stuckey before the trade deadline. That would clear enough cap room to get into the mix for 1 of the big 3 next season.

I don’t think they’ll have guaranteed contracts for next year. If they play well, they’ll be back. But I don’t see how they’d get two years guaranteed.

of course they are going to get rid of stuckey or hamilton or prince, 1 other player will be traded. It makes no sense for us to keep Stuckey and Gordon. Stuckey is a starter not a 2nd string player.

you forgot that the pistons plan to keep both Summers and Jerebko on the team next season. They’ll each be paid probably less than a million per.
