I'm not sure that Tayshaun moving back to the SF spot full-time means much for Afflalo's total minutes, since he'll probably get backup SF minutes (Rip will probably get some of those as well, but there will be plenty of times when Prince and AI are both off the floor), as well as spot usage when another SG has foul trouble or whatnot. I'd say his total minutes will decline a bit, to maybe 13 a game, but he'll still be a key rotation piece.

The only thing I'm nervous about with this move is Will Bynum being promoted to the full-time backup point. I like the kid and I think he'll be a good player, but I'm not sure if he's ready for that much responsibility this year. His turnovers have been down a lot when he's had a chance to play in the past month, though, so there's definitely hope on that front too.

Finally Michael Curry has done something smart in his tenure as Pistons Head Coach!! Rip belongs on the bench ever since we aquired AI. The lineup that they were running while Rip was hurt was working. Stuckey and AI were just starting to get their rhythm together. Also putting Prince back at small forward will definitely help as well. He cannot handle a power forward on the defensive side of the ball.
